The extraction process of total peony glycoside with D140 macroporous resin adsorbent was selected with different condence of ethanol for gradient elution. The optimum condence was 35% ethanol. The extraction ratio of paeoniflorin was >50%, and the extraction process is simple and convenient. The regenaration of resin is easy, this method is advisible.

A metabonomics study based on GC/MS and multivariate statistical analysis was performed involving... more A metabonomics study based on GC/MS and multivariate statistical analysis was performed involving 28 post stroke depressed (PSD) patients, 27 post-stroke non-depressed (PSND) patients and 33 healthy subjects to investigate the biochemical perturbation in their plasma samples. The outcome of this study showed that there was distinctive metabolic profile for PSD patients. Seven sentinel metabolites showed marked perturbations in PSD patients' blood. The introduction of metabonomics approach may provide a novel metabonomic insight about PSD and the sentinel metabolites for classifying PSD.

Firstly, the enrolments of users and services into the server are done manually, which is not adaptable to the dynamic environment where the service providers and service consumers join or leave dynamically. Secondly, the authorization policy language is not expressive enough to represent more complex policies, and can’t resolve the problem of semantic inconsistency between different parties who treat the same policy. This paper takes advantage of characteristics of intelligent agent such as autonomy, proactivity, and sociality, to treat with the authorization issues, including automated registrations and management of agents (service providers and service consumers), autonomous authentication and authorization based on policies, etc. On the other hand, an ontology-based content-explicit policy modeling framework is presented, which resolves the semantic inconsistency problem among different parties.

In our previous work, we have cloned the complete genomic sequence of ADAR1 from grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), named CiADAR1. In the process, we found a splicing isoform of CiADAR1 (CiADAR1-like). CiADAR1 and CiADAR1-like are possessed by different promoters but share a common exon 2. The complete genomic CiADAR1-like has 9 exons and 8 introns. Its full-length cDNA is comprised of a 5' UTR (417 bp), a 3' UTR (118 bp) and a 3324 bp-long ORF encoding a polypeptide of 1107 amino acids. The deduced amino acid sequence of CiADAR1-like contains two Z-DNA binding domains, three dsRNA binding motifs and a truncate catalytic domain. The resultant composite carbon nanofibers exhibited high efficient to photocatalytic degrade of RhB in the aqueous solution and convenient to separate from water.

Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are the main component of tumor stroma which support tumor p... more Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are the main component of tumor stroma which support tumor progression. Here, we set out to determine the factors that may be involved in dramatic alteration of microRNAs (miRNAs) expression pattern in CAFs. miRNAs analyses identified differential expression of 15 microRNAs, with miR-101 being the most downregulated miRNA in CAFs which were different from the normal fibroblasts. We examined several putative miR-101 target genes identified by microarray analysis and demonstrated that miR-101 directly targets CXCL12, which play important roles in CAFs. Overexpression of miR-101 significantly impaired the ability of CAFs to stimulate tumor cell proliferation, sphere formation migration and invasion, and enhanced apoptosis. Further research showed that the cellular biological behavior was regulated by miR-101 targeting CXCL12.
