Some would argue that the term “private label” is a misnomer of great proportions. There is no question and doubt that the words “private label” acknowledges the birth, history and existence of generic and store brands. Yet, the term does not adequately and comprehensively capture the extent to which private label has progressed. Today's retail marketers are managing their proprietary brands with the same combination of care and innovation as manufacturers of for their national brands. Retailers that attempt to gain competitive advantages against their rivals are inclined to develop their own branded (privet label) products. Although this strategy is differentially used in different countries, retailers’ brands are named such things as private label (PL), own brand, in-house brand and store brand. Cutting the story short Retailers’ branded products, are those which the retailer owns and sells only in their own stores, and called as “private label products.

The overarching objective of this study is to understand factors that influence the customer atti... more The overarching objective of this study is to understand factors that influence the customer attitude and eventually purchase intention towards electrical vehicles (EVs). Market survey was done in major cities of 3 states of India to examine the customer attitude and purchase intention towards (EVs). The collected data was analyzed by using partial least squares‐structural equation modeling techniques. It has been found that the factors like overall customer value (performance and cost), awareness and sensitivities towards the climate change, and perceived benefits are the major factors that influence the attitude and subsequently the adoption of EVs by millennials. The factors like perceived price and social acceptance are relatively less significant in terms of their influence on the attitude and purchase intention towards EVs. Hence, it has been concluded that the environmental concern, performance features, infrastructure facility positively influence the attitude and purchase intention towards EVs. This study essentially underscores the importance and role of coordinated impact of performance, features, and infrastructure and climate change sensitivities in influencing and enhancing the adoption of EVs in India, in the context of current market scenario. Hence, this study contributes by providing actionable insights to manufactures and government for developing and communicating pragmatic value proposition to promote EVs. This study brings fresh perspectives on creating positive attitude and purchase intention towards the EVs by providing a model that could be leveraged for devising a long term and sustainable strategy.

This paper describes the novel design of coplanar waveguide (CPW)-fed quadrilateral-shaped compac... more This paper describes the novel design of coplanar waveguide (CPW)-fed quadrilateral-shaped compact planar antenna for ultra-wideband (UWB) application. The fractional axial ratio (ARBW) bandwidth of the antenna for circular polarization (CP) is 56.64% (5.91-10.58GHz) and its fractional impedance matching bandwidth (IMBW) is 137.1% (3.1-17.5GHz). The proposed antenna structure is simple and compact; hence its design is efficient. The gain of the antenna varies between 3.33 to 8.9dBi. The gain further improves by placing a metasurface below the antenna up to 4.8dBi, without affecting its axial ratio bandwidth, while its IMBW reduces to 118.2% (4.5-17.5GHz). Simulated and measured results are shown to be in good agreement.

This article presents a new design of six‐element prism and eight‐element cubic circularly polari... more This article presents a new design of six‐element prism and eight‐element cubic circularly polarized multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antennas exhibiting pattern and polarization diversity characteristics. The proposed antennas have 360° angular coverage. Each element of the MIMO antenna is radiating power in a different direction; antenna‐1 radiates in −30°, antenna‐2 radiates in 30°, antenna‐3 radiates in 60°, and antenna‐4 radiates in 120°. Antenna‐5 radiates in 150°, antenna‐6 radiates in −150°, antenna‐7 radiates in −120°, and antenna‐8 radiates in −60°.The radiation pattern can be directed in a specific direction by exciting the particular antenna element. It has wideband circular polarization in X‐band (8.0–11.8 GHz). The proposed MIMO antenna element consists of pairs of mirrored monopole antennas facing each other are configured in the form of the prism and cube. The chance of mutual coupling is very high in both the configuration. A hollow copper cylinder is placed inside the prism and cube to reduce the mutual coupling. The isolation between the antennas is found better than −24 dB. The impedance matching bandwidth is 3.8 GHz (8–11.8 GHz), and the 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth is 2.69 GHz (8.01–10.7 GHz). The envelope correlation coefficient is less than 0.09, and total active reflection coefficient is less than −10 dB in a wide bandwidth. High isolation and uncorrelated radiation patterns between the adjacent elements make the proposed six‐element and eight‐element antenna a good candidate for massive MIMO antenna systems. The size of the antenna is 38.8 × 38.8 × 23 mm3, and this compact MIMO antenna is useful for X‐band communication.

This paper presents pattern and polarization diversity, planar wideband circularly polarized (CP)... more This paper presents pattern and polarization diversity, planar wideband circularly polarized (CP) Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna. 3dB axial ratio bandwidth (ARBW) is 2.45 GHz (8.11–10.56) while its impedance matching bandwidth (IMBW) is 3.52 GHz(8.07–11.59). Proposed antenna structure is simple and useful for X-band communication, and it has both pattern diversity and polarization diversity within the entire axial ratio band. The isolation between the antennas without using decoupling mechanism are high or better than -20dB within the entire impedance matching and axial ratio band. The antenna structure has been fabricated on FR-4 substrate and its simulated and measured results are in good agreement, which verify the design concept.

An open barrel Aquaponics system with a double factor RCBD type experimental design was used consisting of 3 replications and 2 factors under study. The two factors were boron concentrations (1%, 2% and 3%) and BLM varieties (Marfa Chauda Paat, Manakamana and chinese-430). Marfa Chauda Paat (47.35 gm.) was the highest yielding variety followed by Manakamana (36.42 gm.) and Chinese-430 (26.82 gm.). 1% Boron was found to be the most suitable concentration among the test concentrations for leaf yield. A maximum weight gain of the fish was observed in tank 3 (96.44%) followed by tank 1 (86.26%) and tank 2 (82.18%). An excellent survival percentage of fish was observed as 88.89%, 95.56% and 91.11% in tank 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
