Pada keadaan tersebut perlu dilakukan penyediaan air yangdapat mendukung usaha budidaya Ikan Lele, untuk menyediakan kualitas air yang baik perludilakukan pengelolaan air. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk menyediakan air dengankualitas baik adalah dengan menggunakan sistem bioflok. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitumelatih masyarakat pembudidaya ikan lele agar dapat lebih maksimal memahami bagaimanacara kerja dari sistem bioflok ini. Sistem ini menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecah masalahterlebih khusus daerah di Kabupaten Merauke. Dimana sumber air bersih yang sangat terbatas,memaksa para pembudidaya menambah pengeluaran dalam hal membeli air bersih.

The study aims to analyze the parameters of Sea Surface Temperature and Chlorophyll-a by using Aqua Modis Satellite to see the spatial and temporal distribution of the two paramaters on the distribution of CPUE of Mackerel (Scomberomorus commerson).Conducted for 2 months from May-June 2019 this study was held in the waters area of Naukenjerai District, Merauke Regency. The results showed the concentration of sea surface temperature in May was warmer in the range of 26.56 – 28.42 °C compared to June, where the temperature was cooler in the range of 25.43 – 26.94 °C. Meanwhile the concentration of chlorophyll-a in May was seen to be low around 0.3-1.73 mg/m3 which compared to June the concentration was relatively high around 1.45-2.36 mg/m3. The purpose of this study was to analyze the composition of nutrients contained in kopyok moss an... more The purpose of this study was to analyze the composition of nutrients contained in kopyok moss and analyze the effect of natural or artificial feed on the growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This research was carried out in October-November 2019, met in the UNPUS MSP laboratory and used the experimental method and Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Test animals used were juvenile tilapia 5-7 g; 5-10 cm and totaling 27 individuals. The fish were divided into three treatment groups, namely P1 (PF500 MS PRIMA FEED feed group), P2 (Takari feed group), and P3 (kopyok moss natural feed group) and each group consisted of nine fish. Feeding is done twice a day on an ad libitum basis for 30 days continuously. The results showed that the absolute weight gain in the P2 group was higher than in the P1 and P3 groups, the absolute length increase in P3 was higher than in P1 and P2 and the survival rate of P2 was higher than in P1 and P3. Maintenance of fish needs to consider several aspects, namely analyzing food resources utilized by tilapia in Rawa Biru because it affects the growth of tilapia fish. This study aims to obtain information about food and growth of tilapia. Sampling was conducted for 3 months from June to August 2017 with 3 different observation stations. The analysis of the data includes the determination of food type, length-weight relationship and condition factor. The results showed that the composition of plankton found in Rawa Biru Jurnal Fisherina 2017, Volume 1 Nomor 1 ISSN: 2579-4051 consisted of 36 types of phytoplankton, 4 types of zooplankton and litter. The purpose of this study is to find out the type and composition of fish caught using gill net in Maro River, Merauke Regency. This study was conducted in Maro River, Merauke Regency from May to June 2014. It was conducted using survey method. The data analysis included: species composition, relative abundance, availability frequency, diversity index and dominance index. LAB that can live and grow in the digestive tract of fish serve to suppress the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and produce metabolites that can stimulate the activity of the immune system. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of bakasang as imunostimulant and to determine the optimal dose of bakasang for increasing non-specific immune response and growth in tilapia (Oreochronomis niloticus). This research was conducted using completely randomized design with four treatments and three replicates: B0 (0 ml/kg feed), B1 (50 ml/kg feed), B2 (100 ml/kg feed), and B3 (150 ml/kg feed). Sedangkan dalam dunia perdagangan diperlukan suatu tindakan-tindakan yang cepat sehingga alternatif upaya penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan gugat diperlukan. Lembaga arbitrase dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut karena sifatnya cepat, oleh ahli, tertutup dan merupakan upaya terakhir serta mengikat (final and binding). Namun dalam kenyataan terdapat masalah-masalah yang menghambat perkembangan arbitrase secara nasional terlebih internasional karena tidak tersedianyaperangkat hukum yang lengkap. Oleh karena itu adalah sangat mendesak untuk diundangkannya hukum secara perdata yang baru yang sekaligus mengatur lembaga arbitrase.

Oleh karena itu, hasil olahan laut ini, khususnya ikan, bisa menjadi potensi bisnis daerah yang memiliki potensi alam melimpah seperti di Merauke. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan penilaian pada kondisi pasar saat ini dan peluang untuk mengembangkan pasar serta kemungkinan membuka kemitraan dalam pengembangan pasar bagi komoditas hasil tangkapan dan produk olahan ikan yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok binaan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tahun anggaran 2014 dengan menggunakan metode survey.
