The study aimed to measure the impact of human capital management on the modern marketing perform... more The study aimed to measure the impact of human capital management on the modern marketing performance in organizations. A random sample of 150 marketing managers from industrial organizations operating in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan was selected. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was prepared based on the study's hypotheses. The study's population included marketing managers, department heads, and marketing technicians working in the researched organizations. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) as the statistical tool. The study yielded a set of results, among which it was found that human capital, with its dimensions of training, experience, skills, and knowledge, significantly influences marketing performance development. Based on the study's findings, it is recommended that the management of the researched organizations pay great attention to human capital and preserve its assets due to its prominent role in enhancing marketing performance for these organizations .

H... more This paper examines how big data analytics and AI improve hospital supply chain sustainability. Hospitals are recognizing the need for eco-friendly operations due to environmental issues and rising healthcare needs. It analyzes data from 68 UK hospitals using a conceptual model and partial least squares regressionbased structural equation modeling. The research begins by examining hospital supply networks' environmental impact. Energy use, trash, and transportation emissions are major issues. It then explains how big data analytics and AI can transform these implications. This study prioritizes big data analytics for inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement. Hospitals can reduce inventory, waste, and supply shortages using datadriven insights, saving money and the environment. AI also boosts hospital supply chain logistics and transportation efficiency, according to the study. Fuel consumption, carbon emissions, and delivery routes are optimized by AI. Predictive maintenance preserves medical equipment. In conclusion, hospital supply chains benefit greatly from big data analytics and AI. Hospitals can improve the healthcare business, reduce their environmental impact, and preserve resources for future generations. Healthcare leaders, politicians, and researchers seeking data-driven solutions for sustainable hospital supply chains gain valuable insights.

This article investigates the usefulness of risk alert technologies in supply chain management, with a focus on Big Data Analytics (BDA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The study investigates the impact of BDA capabilities, solid IT infrastructure, managerial views, and AI-apprehensions on the effectiveness of risk alert tools using a questionnaire-based survey of 420 managerial personnel and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SMART PLS. The work proposes the concept of AI-Apprehensions as a moderating variable, which is a relatively unexplored field. According to the findings, while BDA capabilities and IT infrastructure considerably improve the effectiveness of risk alert tools, AI-apprehensions can negate these advantages. The objective of this paper is to examine the relationship between organisational culture, total ... more The objective of this paper is to examine the relationship between organisational culture, total quality management (TQM) and organisational performance in context of Indian auto component small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Specifically, it proposes a conceptual model exhibiting proposed relationships between organisational culture, TQM interventions and organisational performance. Survey methodology was used for data collection from Quality Heads of Indian auto component SMEs which are Auto Component Manufacturer's Association of India members. The proposed conceptual model has been tested using parameter estimation statistics and goodnessof-fit statistics of path analysis technique of structural equation modelling using AMOS 18.0. Based on the results, the proposed conceptual model establishing the following relationships has been validated: (i) there is no significant direct effect of organisational culture on organisational performance; (ii) organisational culture has a positive and significant impact on TQM interventions; (iii) TQM interventions have a positive and significant effect on organisational performance, and (iv) the mediation effect of TQM on the relationship between organisational culture and organisational performance is significant. On the practical front, the insights gained from the present study would help Indian auto component SMEs to adequately align their TQM interventions with their respective organisational culture, which in turn will improve their performance and thus will help them enhance their global competitiveness.

The study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data from diverse respondents. Hypotheses examine the relationships between AI integration, algorithm diversity, employee training, data quality, regulatory compliance, organizational culture, and AI bias. The findings reveal that higher AI integration leads to increased AI bias, Algorithm diversity reduces AI bias, while employee training decreases bias, Quality and diversity of data negatively correlate with AI bias, and regulatory compliance lowers bias. In addition, organizational culture mediates the relationship between AI integration and AI bias. This research contributes a holistic understanding of AI bias factors, guiding ethical AI adoption. Policymakers can use these insights to shape regulations, and industry practitioners can make informed decisions.
