The article describes methods for increasing the contrast of images in video information systems,... more The article describes methods for increasing the contrast of images in video information systems, the main compression of the video stream is provided by eliminating inter-frame redundancy using methods for compensating the movement of image fragments of adjacent frames. However, the use of motion compensation methods requires the formation of additional data (metadata) containing information about the types of image blocks used, their movement coordinates, etc. At the same time, in order to increase the compression of the video stream without sacrificing its quality, a higher accuracy of motion compensation is required, which leads to an increase in the number of blocks and, accordingly, an increase in the volume of the video stream metadata that reduces the effectiveness of motion compensation. The study deals with the issue of automated obstacle avoidance of stationary seacrafts observed f... more The study deals with the issue of automated obstacle avoidance of stationary seacrafts observed from the left, ahead on course, and from the right of a moving own marine vessel. Such crafts include both miscellaneous fixed systems, and vessels restricted in their ability to maneuver. The decision on the necessity of avoidance and the new course value is made by means of Mamdani fuzzy inference. The paper describes the main elements and properties of the approach proposed, as well as the outcomes of testing according to numerous test cases. The reported errors of computational accuracy give an example of the correspondent model proposed in the research as relating to the test cases

The article deals with the formation of hatchery hatchery line structures, classification of cage... more The article deals with the formation of hatchery hatchery line structures, classification of cages for growing into: stationary (used in bodies of water characterized by a constant water level); floating cages for growing fish (they are not afraid of water level fluctuations, they have proven themselves when used in almost any type of water body). Cages are a frame covered with net material placed in water in which fish are bred. The cage can be floating on floats or submerged completely in water on stilts. In other words, a cage is a part of a reservoir enclosed by net material from the sides and from below. Unlike ponds, cages are a real “designer” that can be “assembled” for specific tasks. There are many options for using cages. From a full-system cage economy to a narrow direction within the framework of a classic pond economy. In cage farms, the main equipment is cages themselves. There are many classifications of cages / 1 /. One of the most common subdivides cages for growing into: stationary (for reservoirs with a constant water level) and floating. Floating boats, in turn, are divided into three groups: cradles on pontoons, sectional cages and floating autonomous collapsible cages PARS. According to the intended purpose, fish hatcheries can be divided into feeding, growth, fry, larvae, spawning, and winter ones.
