On its production and supply chain, the business has a constant source of their raw materials. Some are from Cubao, Porac, Magalang, Mabalacat, and some of them are produced by the business itself. According to the reports that was submitted by the business, most of the functional production equipment are acquired since the start of the business. Maintenance is one of the crucial matter that the farm should give focus on. Referring to the organizational structure that was handed along with the other data of the enterprise, it is reflected that the structure is designed to accommodate a handful of employees that will help the management of farm in its totality. These employees have undergone through different trainings regarding farming. As per the interview and reports that were gathered, the CRC Charisma Nature Farm Inc. has six employees that are allocated to do different tasks. Note that, only one employee is designated to work on a whole production (i.e. Crop production, livestock production, and the like). It is also noteworthy to add, as it is essential to the research, that the owner is not only in-charge of administering the whole business but she is also hands-on in producing its products. Hence, it is safe to conclude that the scarcity of people working in the business is one of the causes of the slow production. As an effect, the target releases of product in the market doesn't meet the actual volume of output in the business production. Based on the report, the equipment on the production of the business is also a factor to be highlighted. Written in their report that was passed on the DOST, the business indicated that the equipment they are using is essential to be improved for it cannot cater the target number of production it aimed to sell to their consumers. The management also wit that the type of equipment they used in their operations are not for commercial use. These kitchen-type of equipment are said to be prone to damage and therefore, costly. Concerns arises when it comes go the product of the business. Part of its production is thinking of a better solution on how they will combat pests on their root-crops that causes them to acquire losses when it became uncontrolled. In addition, water logging during rainy seasons, frequent breakdown of blenders, short shelf life of products, and molds encountered during drying, are the top concerns stated by the business. All in all, even if there are mentioned lapses in operations and production, the business still able to perform its goal on its average capacity.
