Two new metal–organic coordination polymers with 1,5-dinitronaphthalene-3,7-dicarboxylate (NNDC),... more Two new metal–organic coordination polymers with 1,5-dinitronaphthalene-3,7-dicarboxylate (NNDC), [Cu2(NNDC)2(DMF)1.8(DMSO)2.2(H2O)2]·H2O (1) and [Mn3(NNDC)3(DMSO)4]·2DMSO (2) have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). The structure of compound 1 consists of one-dimensional chains with copper ions being linked by the dicarboxylate ligands. The coordination chains are associated into ladder-like double chains through O–H⋯O hydrogen

New heterometal coordination compounds of copper(II), nickel(II), and alkaline-earth metals with ... more New heterometal coordination compounds of copper(II), nickel(II), and alkaline-earth metals with N,N’-bis(salicylidene)thiosemicarbazide have been synthesized. Using elemental analysis, IR-spectroscopy, molecular conductivity, magneto-chemical, and thermogravimetric investigations the composition and structure of the complexes of the general formula Е[МL']2∙xН2О (М2+ = Cu, Ni; E2+ = Ca, Sr, Ba; х = 1–4; Н3L' = N,N’- bis(salicylidene)thiosemicarbazide) have been examined. It has been shown that the synthesized compounds have semi-conducting properties.Синтезовано нові гетерометалеві координаційні сполуки купруму(ІІ), ніколу(ІІ) і лужно-земельних елементів з N,N'-біс(саліциліден)тіосемикарбазидом. The economic effect of usage of the studied additives in the regenerated industrial oils was calculated.Розглянуто НПП Банвел, діючою речовиною якого є диметиламонієва сіль 2-метокси-3,6-дихлорбензойної кислоти. Визначено техногенні ризики при отриманні бензоатів та дитіокарбаматів металів – продуктів реагентної переробки НПП як додатків до регенерованих індустріальних олив. Протиспрацьовувальні та антифрикційні властивості «чистої», регенерованої та модифікованої оливи І-40А досліджено за традиційною методикою на машині тертя типу СМЦ-2. As part of the fundamental dependence «structure-properties» was explored the possibility of reag... more As part of the fundamental dependence «structure-properties» was explored the possibility of reagent processing of highly toxic industrial waste with obtaining multifunctional additives to industrial oils. Also quantum-chemical calculations were made for sulfur-containing coordination compounds with chelating units MS4 and MN2S2 (M = Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+). Using friction machines SMC–2, MFT–1 and four-ball machine in industrial oil I–40A were explored the anti-wear properties of the additives of the class of coordination compounds containing chelating units MS4 and MN2S2. It is established that anti-wear properties depend on ionicity (covalence) of chemical bonds in coordination units MS4 and MN2S2 as follows: the more ionic chemical bond is, the worse is the anti-wear properties of the investigated additives.
