It is essential to know the factors that affect a customer’s Intention to Purchase when online, such as the TAM Factors (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) and social factors (social influence, peer influence) attitude towards to use in using online applications. This research uses the SEM data analysis method as- sisted by Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google forms to people in Sidoarjo and Surabaya who have made online purchases at the KKN Café. In this study, the random sampling technique obtained 85 respondents. This study is a quantitative research and using SEM-PLS as analysis tool. The sampling data method in this study is to give a sheet of questionnaires to 40 Quantum Plastic’s customers. The validity and reliability of this method are taken from data results’ fitness. There are 5 results of this study : CRM (X1) has a significant effect toward customer’s satisfaction (X3). Customer trust (X2) has a significant effect toward satisfaction (X3). Customer Satisfaction (X3) doesn’t have any effect toward their loyalty (Y1). CRM (X1) has a big impact toward customer loyalty (Y1). And customer trust (X2) has significant impact toward their loyalty (Y1).

Our study contributes to the family business literature by showing how professionalism can influence family business. Professionalism refers to the extent owners manage to fulfill their assigned roles and commitments to the companies. This article is a quantitative study using exploratory factor analysis to describe variability among variables. We analyzed professionalism factors by involving 49 family businesses. While exploring professionalism factors from the owners of family businesses, we confirmed the data using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. There were four indicators of professionalism factors in Family Business: lines of authority, respect for the hierarchy, control management, and future investment. The results of this research indicated respect for the hierarchy had the highest factor value of 0.846.

The variables studied in this research are word of mouth (X1) and product attributes (X2). Word of mouth has four indicators which are word of mouth intensity, positive word of mouth, negative word of mouth, and the content of word of mouth. Product attributes also have four indicators which are price, speed of service, menu variance, and taste. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression. The populations in this research are those who have ever bought Ice Manias products and the number is infinite. The size of the sample is 35 respondents with a sampling technique of convenience sampling method. The analysis result shows that word of mouth and product attributes have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously toward purchase decision of Ice Manias.
