K I M F R E N C H 🇬🇧 NASM CPT on Instagram: "❌ EXERCISES FOR HIP DIPS ❌ . Let me start by saying that having hip dips is absolutely NORMAL and nothing to feel insecure about. It is simply the inward depression of skin on the sides of your body between your hip bone and your femur. . Many of my girls have asked for advice and exercises to help reduce the appearance of hip dips. It is possible to work on the muscles and smooth out this area however please remember that they are NOT AN IMPERFECTION!! I’ve spent a long time working on my gluteal and hip muscles and I still have them 🙋🏼‍♀️ #curvesaresexy . In terms of the workout, it involves a lot of hip abduction exercises. Feel free to add just a few of these exercises into your leg day or if you want to seriously work on that side boot
