In this tutorial I'll show you a new size upgrade option for my Dragon Dreams pattern: add a flower banner to make a beautiful throw quilt!

Several people have asked me for a pattern for Lily the Dragon quilt and I replied that it is an improvisational technique that does not require a pattern per se.
