EASY POSTPARTUM AB EXERCISES TO GET RID OF MOM POUCH | Diastasis Recti | Abs After Baby
This is probably one of my MOST asked questions. How did I lose my “mom pouch”? I worked to rehab my abs for 12 weeks. A huge part of my motivation was to get my abs back. However, having a weakened core postpartum actually leads to other problems such as: pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, pelvic pain, and can lead to injuries. So yes, it’s great losing weight postpartum and I was VERY happy to get back to my postpartum weight, but I did really want to make sure that I was strengthening my core the right way so that I could happily train! As I mentioned, I have a 12 week program on my app, which is linked in my bio. Like and follow for more! 11 EXERCISES FOR DIASTASIS RECTI | Easy Mom Pouch Exercises at Home
Hi there! Here are some exercises of varying levels for diastasis recti. Now, as I always say, I’m using the term “mom pouch” loosely! I’m referring to what women often believe to be postpartum belly fat, but is actually caused from diastasis recti (ab separation). I’m not referring to a woman who is newly into postpartum journey and not yet able to workout, or women suffering from fibroids. I post these exercises because there’s more to diastasis recti than just obtaining a flat stomach. Diastasis recti can cause pelvic floor pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, and other injuries due to a weakened core. That’s why I share these exercises! My FULL 12-Week Diastasis Recti program is available on my app as well as PDF. The program is structured for ALL levels and at varying sta
If you’re struggling to get rid of a mom pouch, don’t worry, I’ve been there too! Getting rid of your “mom pouch” or “mom pooch”, healing your diastasis recti, and flattening your tummy postpartum takes time and consistentcy. It didn’t happen overnight for me with my first or second pregnancy and I can assume it’ll take time now, after my third. I will say, in my personal experience, it didn’t require hours or cardio or tracking my calories. Being that I was breastfeeding each time, my focus was on nourishing my body as much as possible and balancing mom life. And please keep in mind that when I say “mom pouch” I’m referring to what women often think is belly fat or simply their uterus. While we all have different bodies, a weakened core and diastasis recti can absolutely cause you to h

EASY ARM WORKOUT AT HOME | Lightweight Dumbbell Workout | Postpartum Mom Workout
Being that I’m not yet cleared to workout (still have 4 weeks or so to go), you can expect to keep seeing previously recorded workouts until then! In my opinion, bodyweight or lightweight arm workouts are definitely underrated. I’ve had plenty of clients tell me how they expected the workout to be super easy because the weight was so light. Needless to say, they were surprised by the workout and how sore they were after!😆 This workout is from my Homebody - Mom Bod program up on my app! I wanted a low impact program, with basic enough exercises, that still helped to reach fitness goals. And like my other programs, the workouts are short, sweet, and to the point☺️❤️ Postpartum fitness trainer | postpartum workout | low impact workout | beginner friendly gym workout | lightweight work

TRAINING LEGS ON A TREADMILL | Quick Interval Treadmill Routine for Legs & Cardio
Interval training on the treadmill. This is my go-to routine for my cardio when I’m short on time. Here’s the workout: • 1 minute walking • 1 minute lunges • 1 minute walking • 1 minute side skips • 1 minute walking • 1 minute side skips • 30 second side crab walks • 30 second side crab walks • 3 minute running on speed 4.5 • 1 minute cool down Remember, if you’re going to do these exercises make sure that you’re doing them safely! Hold on to the side of the treadmill if need be. Even though I’m back to training consistently doesn’t mean my cardio is suddenly back where it used to be. Being that I don’t usually have a ton of time to do cardio AND get in weightlifting, I like to keep my cardio short, sweet, and to the point. For my treadmill workouts I like to do one minute of
