Privredni Rast, Potrošnja Energije I Emisija Co2 U Tranzicionim Zemljama: Analiza Kuznetsove Ekološke Krive (Economic Growth, Energy Consumption And Co2 Emissions In Transition Countries: Analysis Of The Environmental Kuznets Curve)

Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom veze između privrednog rasta, potrošnje energije i emisije CO2 gasa kroz koncept Kuznetsove ekološke krive u tranzicionim zemljama u periodu od 1995. do 2018. godine. U radu se koriste savremeni pristupi ekonometrije panela koji uzimaju u obzir uporednu zavisnost podataka. Empirijski rezultati pokazuju da se na nivou grupe tranzicionih zemalja ne može utvrditi postojanje Kuznetsove ekološke krive. Na osnovu rezultata metoda proširenih grupnih sredina po pojedinačnim zemljama pokazano je da u: Albaniji, Mađarskoj, Severnoj Makedoniji, Poljskoj i Rumuniji važi Kuznetsova ekološka kriva, dok se u sedam od 20 zemalja odnos između bruto domaćeg proizvoda i emisije CO2 gasa može predstaviti izgledom slova U. Na nivou grupe zemalja je utvrđeno postojanje pozitivne veze između potrošnje energije i emisije CO2, što je i potvrđeno signifikantnim pozitivnim uticajem u 19 od 20 analiziranih zemalja. Kako bi tranzicione zemlje u dugom roku smanjile emisiju CO2 gasa potrebno je da implementiraju odgovarajuće politike koje imaju za cilj unapređenje energetske efikasnosti i smanjenje potrošnje energije.
