Take 2 8ct cans jumbo biscuits (this makes 16 mini chicken pot pies) Then take two muffin pans and spray them with oil or nonstick spray. Press each biscuit down and up the edges to form a cup. 2. In a separate bowl mix: 1 can cream of chicken with herbs, 1 cup cooked chopped or shredded chicken, 1 cup mixed thawed veggies (I used peas and carrots), 1 can diced new potatoes drained, 1-2 TBSP sour cream. Then season how you would like I just used pepper. 3. Pour a few TBSPs of the mixture into each biscuit. You will fill to the top of each. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 5. Enjoy!! Ingredients: 2 8ct cans jumbo biscuits 1 can cream of chicken with herbs 1 cup cooked chopped or shredded chicken 1 cup mixed
Andrea on Instagram: "Crispy Creamy Brown Sugar Pork Chops 1. Take 6 medium cut pork chops and season how you would like. 2. In a bowl mix together: 3/4 cups brown sugar, 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 cups Italian style panko bread crumbs 3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each pork chop(you won’t taste it) so about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise total. 4. Now dip each pork chop in the bread crumb mixture. Put as much as you can on them. 5. Place them in a well greased dish then spray a little oil on the top of them. 6. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes 7. Enjoy!"
Andrea on Instagram: "Crockpot Orange Chicken 1. 2.5 pound chicken cut into cubes. Toss chicken in 1/2 cup corn starch. 2. Heat a skillet to high heat and add a few tablespoons of oil. Add your chicken for just a few minutes until lightly browned. 3. Add your chicken to your crockpot. 4. Next in a separate bowl add: 1 jar orange marmalade (18 oz), 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp minced ginger, 1 scoops minced garlic, 1 TBSP sesame oil, 1 1/2 TBSP rice vinegar and 3 tsp red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined. 5. Pour over your chicken in the crock pot. And mix a bit. 6. Cook on low 2-3 hours. 7. Enjoy! Top with sesame seeds and green onions!"
Andrea on Instagram: "✨Chicken Cordon Bleu Hash Brown Casserole✨ In a large bowl mix: 1 26oz bag frozen shredded hash browns 1 cup sour cream 3 TBSP Dijon mustard 1 can cream of chicken soup (I used cream of chicken with herbs) Season well with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper 1 cup cooked cubed ham or sliced deli ham 1 cup cooked chopped chicken 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese Once mixed add it to a 9x13 pan Top with 1/2 cup of shredded Swiss cheese Take 6 TBSP butter and melt. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder Mix 1 1/2 Tubes of crunched buttery round crackers to the butter. Sprinkle on top Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes covered, uncover the last 15 minutes Enjoy!!"
Andrea on Instagram: "✨Caesar Chicken Garlic Cheesy Bread✨ 1. Take two large chicken breast and slice those thin to make 4. Add garlic and herb seasoning to both sides. Cook in a medium to hot pan with a little oil. This should only take around 5-10 minutes. The chicken is thin so it won’t take long to cook. Set aside. 2. To make your garlic mixture add to a bowl: 3/4 cups mayonnaise, 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing, 2-3 TBSP softened butter, 2 TBSP minced garlic, 3 TBSP red onions chopped small, 3 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix well. 3. Take a French bread loaf and spilt in half. 4. Spread your garlic mixture all over both sides. 5. Slice your chicken or chop up and lay it on top the garlic mixture. 6. Andrea on Instagram: "Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie Tater Tot Casserole In a large bowl add 2 cups of cooked shredded or chopped chicken, 12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups shredded cheese, add 2 tsps each of onion powder, garlic powder and pepper, and 1 can of cream of chicken with herbs. Stir well. Add your mixture to a 9x13 pan and top with tater tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out add another cup of shredded cheese and bake until melted. Enjoy!! Fill that same can with whipping cream and drums that in and fill again half way and add too. Then add 2-3 cups shredded Colby jack cheese. Mix well. 2. Cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hours. 3.
