Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress adalah sebuah pesawat pengebom pengintai (reconnaissance aircraft) sayap rendah (low wing) Amerika Serikat, yang dibuat untuk Pasukan Udara Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat (US Army Air Corps). Terbang perdana pada tanggal 28 Juli 1935, dan dipensiunkan tahun 1968, dengan lebih dari 12.000 Flying Fortress diproduksi.
Digunakan sebagai pengebom strategis pada Perang Dunia II melawan Jerman Nazi, Flying Fortress menjatuhkan lebih dari 500.000 ton bom di Eropa.
Dinamakan flying fortress karena pesawat ini memiliki reputasi yang kuat dalam ketahanan dan kemampuan untuk membawa banyak senjata defensif, menjadikannya sebagai benteng terbang yang "kokoh" atau "kuat" dalam bahasa Inggris.
