About workshop
JuL.IA – 2nd International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in JUrisdictional Logistics. The Workshop aims to explore characteristics in the use of artificial intelligence solutions in Law, especially the decision-making tools, classification, clustering and recommendation systems, data mining, information processing applied or their theoretical impacts on Law and Human Rights. This Workshop intends to reach communities worldwide, to present or discuss on-going research on the main following topics, but not limited to, both from a theoretical or practical point of view. It will be relevant to establish legal theoretical contexts or practical point of view and to observe the structural elements of legal certainty, especially knowability, reliability and calculability regarding the concretization and application of the legal standard, particularly in the management flows of judicial proceedings that we call jurisdictional logistics.
