Not to mention this recipe is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free 🙌 ⭐️How to make it: 3 ripe bananas 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup cocoa powder (Optional) 1/4 cup maple syrup + dark chocolate chips 1. Mash your bananas until they are a fine puree 2. Stir in cocoa powder and peanut butter 3. Line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter 4. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PUDDING
We’ve been using our home gym like crazy and I’m like a bottomless pit with how much food I need to eat!! Which is actually very fun and recommend lifting heavy for that exact reason (and also because it makes you strong and feel like a badass and truly makes the biggest difference in how I look and feel). Okay this recipe: stupid easy, stupid delicious. You can also add peanut powder for some Reese’s vibes. Thank me later. Chocolate Protein Mousse (makes 3 servings) 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt 2 tbs cocoa powder 1-2 tbs liquid sweetener of choice (I recommend maple syrup, but honey, or sugar free work too) Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whip with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes until fluffy and combined Follow us for daily updates :)
