Knee pain can cause problems with walking, standing, getting up from a chair, our hobbies, and many other issues. 

If you’re experiencing knee pain it’s important to strengthen the quads (front of the thigh), hamstrings (back of the thigh), and the hips. 

These are examples of three exercises that will work each of these muscle groups. Try 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps.
