[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Isaac ya halarci makarantar Elementary St Phillips da ke Aramoko, Ekiti da kuma Christ's School, Ado Ekiti domin yin karatunsa na sakandare. A shekarar 1961 ya kammala karatunsa a Kwalejin Fasaha da Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Najeriya Zariya (Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello a yanzu) a matsayin daya daga cikin wadanda suka kammala karatun digiri na farko a fannin gine-gine. Bayan haka, ya kammala karatun digirinsa na biyu a Makarantar Architectural Association School of Tropical Studies, London a cikin 1965, akan Karatun Sakandare na Commonwealth.[3]

Ya shiga ma'aikatar ayyuka da gidaje ta tarayya a matsayin resident architect a tsohon yankin Yamma sannan daga baya majalisar birnin Legas. A shekarar 1969, ya zama magatakarda na farko na Hukumar Rajista ta Architects of Nigeria (ARCON). Daga baya ya shiga ma’aikatan gwamnatin tarayya. Mukamin da ya rike har zuwa lokacin da ya yi ritaya a shekarar 1979 daga nan ya kafa ma’aikaciyar sa ta Fola Alade Associates a shekarar 1979. Ya taba zama Babban Sakatare na Cibiyar Fasaha ta Najeriya. An nada shi Pro-Chancellor kuma Shugaban Majalisar Gudanarwa na Jami’ar Tarayya ta Fatakwal a shekarar 1990. Fola Alade ya samu lambar yabo ta OFR kuma ya zama Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Architects. Ya kuma rike mukaman gargajiya da dama da suka hada da Maiyegun na Aramoko.
