Japanese antique low dining table / Kotatsu (heated table) for 4 people. Tabletop material is made of single solid Rosewood, Shitan (紫檀) - now It's hard to find. Original paint remains on the backside, which gives another impression. There're 4 small bit holes to attach the legs. The leg part is called Kotatsu yagura, wooden table frame of Kotatsu with square openwork top. Made from Sugi cedar in 1910s-1920s, Taisho to early Showa era.
