Agent Trust means, in the event an Asset Sale Restructuring occurs, the trust to be established on the Effective Date pursuant to this Plan and pursuant to the Agent Trust Agreement, or such other Entity designated by the Agent to receive the Agent Trust Assets and established in the Agent's discretion.
