This scope identifies all possible artifact changes that would affect the CRI. In other words, a CRI's consistency could change only if an artifact in its scope changes. Thus, with every change an engineer makes, the Model/Analyzer approach must revalidate only those CRIs whose scopes contain the changed artifact.
