Describe the bug

Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:

After navigating with IR remote on interface, and then trying to input anything with keyboard this locks input from both IR remote and keyboard. Kore input works fine. This problem does not exist when using either IR remote or keyboard from start to finish on clean Kodi boot.

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

1. I use IR remote.
2. I use keyboard and input does not lock up.

Actual Behavior

Input locks up when using keyboard after IR remote. Also interface starts to lag.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try using IR remote, then switch to USB keyboard.

Used Operating system:

• Android

• iOS

• tvOS

• Linux

• macOS

• Windows

• Windows UWP

• Operating system version/name: LG OLED42C41LA @ FW 23.20.39 (webOS 9), rooted

• Kodi version: org.xbmc.kodi_20250930-94baedc0-master_arm.ipk, but it applies to Kodi 21.0 Stable too.
