One of my friend send me his tox id hash and in my computer utox when i add that tox says that tox is invalid....

It's likely he didn't actually send you the string for his toxid; but uTox should probably be more descriptive when it rejects a toxid, and explain the reason as well.

[edit] The only suggestion I have for you is to ask your friend to try again.
