While working on commercial project I realized, that it would be significantly harder to finish it if it wasn't for the fact that the key component was already available as open source. I didn't want my company to just profit from that fact and not give anything back. Therefor, we pushed our work back to open repository on GitHub and setup a NuGet package so other projects have it easier to include it. Since then I try to find free time to continue open source development or support others. And if there is any work done in my company that open source community could benefit from, I try to make it available.
