I would like to invest more time in two (rather different) areas.
First, I want to invest time into tools for working on genetic data. Specifically, making it easier, faster, and more efficient to perform certain operations on genetic data formats such as BAMs and VCFs.
Second, I want to improve some programming tools I have developed. These generally are workflows written for Alfred (MacOS) that allow quick access to gists, or code snippets.
