I got this loss info: [2.3331243991851807, 2.1918110847473145, 4.755239486694336, 23.609407424926758, -11.690308570861816, 2.5153534412384033, 157500, 0.00019828231082573666]
and it seems like loss_dur is negative. Can anyone explain why this happened, and how to solve this?

You are using sdp which tried to reduce nll, it can be negative.
