Hey!

It would be convenient to support the _FILE convention for secrets, similar to the official Postgres image:

environment:
  ELECTRIC_SECRET_FILE: /run/secrets/electric_secret
  DATABASE_URL_FILE: /run/secrets/database_url

This would make Docker Swarm secrets management much simpler, without needing wrapper scripts to export secrets as environment variables.
