Added setting of app time display color:

• An added dialog for picking the color by either setting RGB sliders and/or a hex color value is accessible from a 'Time Color' setting added to the app settings.
• A real-time clock display preview included in the dialog changes color with the current dialog settings, allowing a realistic idea of how the color will appear in use.

• Failure of widget preferences being applied after a device's launcher has reset.
• Accuracy of preview in the widget picker on device's running Android 12 or later.

Adds variable widget background opacity which can be set from 0% to 100% by tens with a slider added to the widget settings. Automatically sets widget text color in light mode to white for opacity < 50% and to black for opacity >= 50% to improve contrast for very white backgrounds.

Changes widget corners so that they have the same degree of curvature for all Android versions.

Adds Cancel and Save buttons to both widget and app settings activities.

Fixes app clock text being too large and app clock not being displayed in landscape when Android settings cause use of a variable-width font.
