Description:

As our CI started to fail very frequently, and was causing issues when people wanted to develop in Comunica on Node 18 or higher, we disabled the Solid integration tests in e773040.
Once the Node 18+ issues are fixed, and the CSS can be started in the CI in a stable manner, we'll want to enable them again of course.

Was this mainly due to fetch flakiness or were there other problems as well. Can you link to any notable CI failures if so?

Looks like it's some kind of failure to start the CSS.
