In progress logging policy:

INFO: Log stats, log how long things take to run, log when important things succeed (ideally single log at end of task to give overview of what happened)
ERROR: Log only what is unexpected that causes failure
WARNING: Log only what is unexpected that doesn't cause failure
DEBUG: Log page by page what is happening
