We need a way to terminate / close / exit app. Must be hand-made, because core Phaser is made for browsers and webpages (or browser stuff in general) doesn't implement anything around "closing". User simply closes tab, if done with current page.

For mobiles there's also pretty much not often to find "Exit" button, because users presses "Home" when done. So, this is a low-level, low priority task, but still can be considered as useful.
