[Bug: Chandler] Editing a journal post with tagged contacts spams the activity log #7844

Bug description
The activity log in the hosted version of the beta gets spammed with entries saying I "added the contact to a post" when editing a journal post with contacts tagged
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new journal post
- While editing, add contacts to the "contacts in this post" sidebar
- Write out a lengthy journal post
- Close the journal
- Navigate to the vault dashboard "Activity in this vault"
- Observe the multiple entries for "added the contact to a post"
Expected behavior
The activity log would only show a contact was added to a post the first time the contact was added to that post.
