For example, when at https://docs.meltano.com/reference/command-line-interface#auto-install-behavior, clicking on the "auto-install setting" link take you to the settings page, but does not scroll to the auto-install section. Reloading the page or clicking links within the same page do scroll correctly.

Weird. In Firefox clicking doesn't scroll, but CMD+clicking to open in a new tab does scroll 🤔
