In our documentation we have examples of commands that we'd like users to run. We should test that these commands continue to work as we make change to Meltano, environments (like Python) change, and more!

I don't have a library in mind, I know back in my "groovy" days all of the code they have linked on their documentation is tested as a part of CI. Here's an example
