[Tab Bug] Add Vertical scroll to tab component #11274

Problem

Currently the Tabs component does not get a vertical scroll when a large component is added to a Tab, instead the component resizes to vertically fit the tab.
When tab component with a large component is resized vertically, the large component retains its shape and comes out of the tab boundary partially. (refer screenshot below)

Solution

Need to add vertical scroll to the tab component, instead of fitting the component or letting the remaining protrude out.
