Make it more obvious how to submit tickets during the login workflow
Rationale
There have been a few reports of users contacting support@posthog.com when facing login issues, which is not a monitored inbox. The goal is to prevent customer frustration and improve the support experience by making it more obvious how to submit tickets during the login workflow.
What we'll ship
Implement a more obvious prompt to the user for how to submit a support ticket.
We'll know we're successful when
We don't cause frustration to users attempting to contact us and we get fewer tickets with the email-closed
tag that have been created due to issues encountered during the login workflow.
Stretch goals
Identify opportunities to triage tickets with the email-closed
tag for login (and potentially billing) issues.
