Context

I'm rebuilding the Onboarding flow with a bunch of targeted changes.

In summary, here's the objective:

• Add new internal case videos as a first touch, where possible
• Extend the cross-sell logic to be three layers deep at each call
• Extend the cross-sell logic to be present at every layer
• Move the add-on sell email to a more prominent position (people like it)
• Add 3x cross-sell opp checks that start occuring after 30 days
• Add a pricing explanation filter
• Rename Max AI

Now that Cleo and Sara are here we can also get more input from people who know how this stuff works too, which is great. I've created this issue in part because Sara raised some great questions about making the logic change depending on the role_at_organization property, which I'm still investigating.
