User story

Bulk operation on instances:
I have 10 bare metal server instances in Squest, from one button I could ask for a firmware upgrade of all the servers

Bulk operation on instances with a filter:
I have 10 single VM instances. From a single button I ask for a reinstall of a new operating system for instances that are currently on a particular OS (based on the instance spec)
In the squest form:

• Fields as usual asking some info (like the new OS name to install)
• Dropdown with list of all available instance that could be concerned by the selected bulk operation
• Optional: A filter based on squest instance spec key (E.g: vm.os) would list all currently deployed OS (RHEL7, RHEL8, Rocky9,...)
