Uses various DNSBLs to check the submitter's IP and prevent shortening URLs if any malicious activity has been detected.
- Fetch/pull/download the repo
- Copy the folder dnsbl into YOURLS_ABSPATH/user/plugins where YOURLS_ABSPATH is the location your YOURLS install is located in.
- Activate plugin on administrator interface.
- If all goes well, the plugin creates the appropriate table in the YOURLS database and everything is ready to roll!
