Roberta Giorgio B.Accty Hons CPA –
Founder and Managing Partner
After having graduated from the University of Malta in 2000, Roberta began her career at a Big Four firm where she oversaw a number of major audit engagements for several prestigious private and public sector clients. In 2006, she co-founded Giorgio & Associates and continually seeks ways to differentiate and develop the firm.
Roberta has worked in Dublin and Milan and speaks fluent English, Maltese and Italian. She is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and holds a certificate in Trusts’ Law and Management from IFSP Malta.
Roberta is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of RBG Fiduciary Services Limited which provides fiduciary and trustee services.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Managing a client portfolio and ensuring that all needs are dealt with in a timely manner
- Managing senior auditors within the team and reviewing their work
- Managing the preparation for audit and ensuring that resources are assigned prior to the engagement
- Prioritising appropriately and implementing contingency plans where necessary
- Continually developing staff through coaching and the conduct of regular and constructive appraisals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years local experience as an audit manager
- Outstanding communication - both spoken and written
- Deep knowledge and experience of IFRS and GAPSME
- A fully qualified and warranted Accountant
