Swintt Casinos
When you match three excellent professionals who altogether have a combined 100 years plus rich iGaming experience, what you get is a company with excellent potential to reach the highest heights. If you add a forward-thinking approach and gamification to it, the limits are pushed even further.
This represents the core of the company, the new kid in the block, whose management has all the necessary expertise to build the brand’s reputation and rank them high among the competitors. The company started with Malta and Isle of Man approvals, having a UK license in the pipeline.
Introducing Culturally Diverse Management
The collective diverse background of each of the three experts in the management is what makes them unique and motivates the whole team of around 70 members.
Taking advantage of this quality and lengthy experience…
… each of them contributes to delivering the right kind of content and tools to help the clients grow in their chosen markets. Here’s who those mighty personas are:
David Flynn, co-founder, and CEO of Swintt started his career in Gaming back in 2003, as a Customer Service Manager at PokerRoom.com, later as VP of Ongame Network, the creation of the largest B2B Poker Network.
Bwin bought the company in December 2005…
…for €475m. Since then Flynn was in charge of numerous Management Roles including Head of Operations, at Microgaming, CEO at NYX Interactive. Before he started the new chapter in his career, whose name was “Swintt”, Flynn was also an operations chief at Jackpotjoy Group.

…William Hill, Betway, Spigo, and most recently, as Sales Manager at Wazdan. Over a number of years working in versatile Sales positions, Mann’s built partnerships and formed strong bonds with many Tier 1 clients in the industry. His idea is to find the most adequate way to leverage his experience by pushing Swintt towards the forefront of the online gaming landscape.

The lobby hosts several fruit-themed titles (Cherry Fortune, Fresh Fruit, Fruit Fever, etc), but there are also games that bring stories about versatile colorful cultures.
