I have made an withdrawal request on this casino on the 20th of December, which is still on awaiting on their status. I’ve tried to contact support multiple times and each time they are apologizing and keep on saying that they will contact the financial department to speed things up. Even if on the email they sent said that it takes up to 4 days for it to be completed. After that they said it’s between 7-21 days. It’s now been 2 months without a few days, and still nothing is happening.
