I'm just coating that gravy right on the bottom of our pie crust for this delicious and easy little breakfast time recipe. I have our real chopped bacon, the black label of course. I'm just going to sprinkle right on top of our gravy. I'm going in with, well, look at all that bacon. Honey really also likes bacon so excuse her. I'm use all of this bacon because I think just bacon makes everything better and it'll pair so nicely with that sausage gravy now that we have that into our pie shell I'm going to move that off to the side I'm bringing in four eggs and then I'm going to go in with our whole milk I love adding milk to my eggs just because it makes them so much more fluffier you can also use a heavy whipping cream or you could do more eggs we need to season our eggs so I'm going to go in with some black pepper just a touch and then I'm going to go in with some garlic powder of course. Again, I am a garlic girly so I love a good garlic powder and then, we're going to go in with some paprika. Just some added color. The dogs are really excited. All three of them are right by my feet right now waiting for this delicious breakfast recipe. I'm just going to go in and start scramble those eggs just like so. I went in with four eggs. You can also do an egg white too here where you could easily, you know, if you wanted more protein, you could double the eggs instead of doing the milk. Totally up to you But once we have those nice and scrambled oh this is smelling good. I can smell that bacon. I'm just take my whisk out. Move our pie back into our little workstation and we are going right on top with our egg mixture. Over our delicious smoky black labeled bacon. And our sausage gravy. Ooh. I mean look at how delicious that is. Protein. Easy. Simple. I made that what? Within 3 minutes. So easy. So delicious. We cannot forget a our triple cheddar blend. I like using the farm style blend for this one. Honey also does too. It's a thicker cut and I'm just going in and just I have used maybe about a third of that bag Sorry honey. None for you. I'm just going and making sure that it's evenly distributed before we place this into our oven. I'm going to pop this in there for maybe twenty, 30 minutes at 350. Oh my goodness. Our delicious little gravy brunch pie just came out of the oven. I did let it cool for about 5 minutes. This looks absolutely amazing. I am ready to dig in. I have my pie cutter and I am not the best at cutting pies. So we are going on this journey together. But I'm just going to start by cutting just like so right down into our pie. That crust is perfectly cooked. Let's see if I can get a nice oh well that's alright. Ooh. I mean ooh. Look at how delicious that looks. I mean I couldn't have asked for more of a perfect piece too with our gravy, our bacon, our eggs, our cheese. That looks absolutely amazing. This is going to be a great easy little brunch recipe and I hope you enjoy.
