Macros: 341kcal | 34.9 C | 11.2 F | 21.7 P (not including biscuit)

What you need:
40g super fine oats {code: HOLLYSOATS} @proteinworks
20g vegan chocolate protein @freesoul {HOLLYSOATS}
125ml almond milk
1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp cocoa powder 
1/2 biscoff biscuit (crumbled)

Drizzle:
7g biscoff spread 

Method:
Blend oats to create the oat flour or use pure fine oats.
Stir oats, protein, cocoa powder, baking powder and milk together until smooth.
Pour mixture into a ramekin. Crumble biscoff biscuit on top.
Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees. 
Melt biscoff in microwave for 15 seconds, drizzle!

This recipe is perfect for breakfast, dessert or snack! You guys will LOVE it!

Ingredients:
10-15g dark chocolate
150g high protein yogurt
40g oats
15-20g biscoff spread
Lotus biscuit to crumble

Directions:
Melt chocolate in the microwave. Add yogurt and mix well. Then add oats and mix. This will gradually soak into the pudding and make it thick. Melt biscoff spread and pour on top. Place in the fridge for 10 min.
