So y'all if y'all want to scramble your eggs you can do that. But I like leaving them whole. I just think it looks pretty. And you know I like pretty food. Can you blame me y'all? Can you blame me for lacking pretty food? I'm going to put a few more eggs in there. These eggs couldn't fit in my cup so I'm just going to crack a few right on. Okay? We want a lot of eggs. This is feeding my whole family. So we want a lot of eggs. I think I got about twelve here. I'm not sure. I don't really count but yeah we're using them all. Look at all this. Alright. One more right there. There we go. We got all our eggs. I'm rinsing my washing my hands off right now y'all just so you know washi washy okay next step here we have some cooked turkey sausage y'all can use whatever you like but I I like using the turkey sausage alright so we're just going to sprinkle this right on top of our eggs and our biscuits Alright, just like that. You know, we can use the whole package. I wasn't going to but again, I I like my heart. I like a hearty breakfast. It looks so good. Alright, just like that. Alright, y'all. Next step here, what we going to do, we going to take some American cheese. We just going to line it right on top, alright? American cheese. Right on top. Y'all want to use different cheese you can. You want, y'all want to use no cheese you can. So, simple, easy breakfast, biscuits, meat, eggs, cheese. That's it. Add vegetables if you'd like. But that that's it y'all. So easy. Alright and then we also here have some bacon crumbles. So I'm going to put the bacon on top of the cheese. You know what? Everything's better with bacon. I don't know if y'all know that. Did y'all know that? Everything's better with bacon. It's a fact. It's a it's a known fact. Everybody knows that. I'm just going to sprinkle that right on top. That looks good. That looks so good. I'm excited for this breakfast y'all. I don't know about you but I am hungry. Alright. Then last thing here, we have a little bit of extra sharp cheddar cheese. I'm just going to sprinkle a little bit right on top. I know we already have some American cheese but you know what? Everything's better with bacon. And cheese. Delicious. Now, coming in with some eggs. I have five eggs here and we're just going to pour that right in there with our gravy. This is going to be such an easy and delicious breakfast. Now, I'm just going to go ahead and add some more sausage to our sausage gravy. This is the already pre-cooked sausage crumbles. Ooh, this is going to be delicious. I'm just going to add about a cup of our sausage crumbles in there. Alright. Now, this is optional but I'm going to add some sharp cheddar cheese shreds. I'm using a Tilmuck and we're just going to add a beautiful amount of our telemuff cheese in there. Now, we're going to season this up real quick. I have some pepper, freshly ground pepper that we're going to get right in there. Oh, this is coming together perfectly. Now, I'm going to add a little bit of salt. I like salt with my eggs. You can skip it if you want to and for my secret ingredients, my onion butter seasoning. Oh, I will put this on breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is so good. Okay and you can even add some fresh onions in there if that's what you like. Okay, this is looking great. It is time to get this nice and well mixed. We have our gravy, our sausage, our eggs. This is going to be almost like a play on gravy and biscuits. It is going to be delicious and the best breakfast you've never had before. All in a pie crust. It's kind of like a quiche mixed in with our biscuits and sausage. Alright, this is fully mixed together. It looks incredible. Now, of course, we need a crust for our pie. So, I have a crescent dough sheet but we're not going to use this how you think we would. Whoo. Go ahead and get this open it's okay if it rips apart it always rips apart that's one thing you can count on with this dough sheet and that's why we're going to use it a little bit differently so go ahead and get your crescent dough sheet out and then I have some scissors here and we're just going to go ahead and cut our dough just like this right on top of our pie sheet oh it's interesting here and these are going to pop up and just make like kind of a biscuit for our biscuit biscuit biscuits and gravy quiche. Oh yeah. Cuz you can't have biscuits and gravy without the biscuits, right babe? That's for sure. I thought the pie crust was the biscuit but this makes more sense. Yeah, I mean, both can be them. Okay and you could also just use Pillsbury biscuits if that's what you prefer but I already have this in my fridge and I didn't want to go to waste so that's what we're doing. Alright, we're finishing this off with a quick butter brush on our little dough sheet bites. Just quickly get it nice and buttered so that it can be browned up and look flaky and delicious. You could also do an egg wash that appropriate for our egg quiche pie but that is it you guys so easy so quick the perfect Sunday brunch that everyone will love we're going to go ahead and carefully pop this in the oven it sets at 350 and it's going to cook for 40 minutes oh my look how delicious this came out goes perfectly crusted browned crescent dough oh and it rose perfectly okay Let's go ahead and cut into this. I cannot wait for breakfast. Cut all the way through to that crust. Oh, yeah. That looks so good. The perfect slice. Oh my. We got the sausage, the egg, the gravy. This is about to be good. Oh my goodness. That is delicious.

I chopped up a few today. Alright. We also putting in one green bell pepper. Alright. Right there. Red and green. Look. It's like holiday colors. Okay? Looks great. Alright. Next y'all. Oh my goodness. It's I'm just my head is not organized today. Uh white onion. We're going to put in about one white onion. So again this is several. This is like three onions or something. Two maybe. I don't even remember. I had my sous chef Fred chop it up for me. Alright, that's good. I don't know. I ball it. Yeah, maybe a little more. Okay. Alright. Great. Alright, y'all. Next, here, we have one can of cheddar cheese soup. Cheddar cheese soup. Cheddar cheese soup jello. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. That's what it sounds like. Isn't that what it sounds like, Friends? It sure does. Alright, y'all. We also putting in some heavy whipping cream about three quarters of a cup. So, let's see. One quarter, 2 quarter, three quarter. Alright. Yup, that's how we measure. That's how we do it. We also putting in I have a lot of ingredients here. Um you know, we're going to do some seasoning now. Little garlic powder because why not? Garlic powder taste good and everything and a little black pepper mostly because I just want to complain about how much I hate my pepper grinder every time. I know it's my fault. I should just get a new one but whatever. Life is hard sometimes. Alright. Now, y'all we also using some sour cream about half a cup, alright? So, Maybe a little more. That's probably a little more than half a cup but that that's good. I think that's a good amount. Alright, we almost there y'all. One packet of ranch seasoning, Right on in. Just like that. Okay, so now what we're going to do before we add the last two ingredients is give this a little mixy mixy. Mixy mixy incorporate the sour cream with the sausage and the bell peppers. You want to know what y'all? I have a question. What's the difference between smoked sausage and hot dogs? Tell me because it seems the same to me. They almost kind of taste similar. What is like the technical difference because I don't know y'all. I don't know. Anyways, this is a delicious, easy dinner. Y'all are going to love this so much. This is hurting my arm right now but that's okay. That is okay alright y'all so now we have to add in two more things nice and easy we add in some sharp cheddar cheese oneto2 cups 1-2 cups and put make sure you get some on your counter too that's really important alright and then we also going to add in we have one bag of frozen hash brown it's a 26ounce kind right on in now I feel like this going to be hard to mix but that's totally fine I'll just stick my hands in alright we use our tongs alright so we're going to give this a little mix incorporate all of our ingredients and this is a chi sausage potato casserole y'all are going to love this it's so yummy y'all are just going to love this you know what in the winter time I just love throwing stuff in my crockpot and having a nice warm hearty meal ready at the end of a long busy day of brushing Kevin and Frankie foo foos alright y'all alright so that's it once that's not to mix y'all we're going to cover this up and cook it on high for about two hours or low for four hours and y'all are going to love this easy dinner alright y'all so here we our cheesy potatoes and sausage. We cooked this in our crockpot. It was on high for almost three hours but really everything in here was the sausage is already cooked. We just had to let the the hash browns get unthawed and warm. Um y'all this smells so good. We have our our red pepper, our green pepper, some onions, and that's it. So, guess what y'all? Time to try. I'm going to scoop some up here and put it on my pretty blue plate. Alright, here we go. Here we go. Alright, y'all. So, move this to the side. And we going to try this. Y'all it's going to be so hot. I'm sure y'all saw that steam. So guess what? I'm going to cut one of these little sausages, a little tiny piece. And we we going to have a real little bite.
