I Wish More Moms Knew Not To Do These Traditional Ab Exercises 👀
What I find a lot of times when moms want to tighten their belly pooch is they’ll go to traditional ab exercises. That’s what I did, too! I was a fitness trainer and I felt like I knew everything there was to know about getting your ‘body back’... Sit-ups and full planks create more pressure than your weak and loosened core is ready for. We need to do gentle core exercises that target your entire core until your core is strong and functioning properly 💪 More info on my profile!
