Hibiscus Paloma Tequila Cocktail
5min · 1 serving Ingredients • 50ml Hibiscus tequila • 50ml Grapefruit juice • 20ml Lime juice • 10ml Agave nectar • Top with soda water • Garnish with dried hibiscus & a grapefruit twist (or wedge if ya like) If you have access to grapefruit soda try this one too • 50ml Hibiscus tequila • 25ml Fresh grapefruit juice • 12.5ml Lime juice • 5ml Agave nectar • Top with grapefruit soda • Garnish with dried hibiscus & a grapefruit twist (or wedge if ya like) For the hibiscus infusion • 4:1 spirit to dried hibiscus leave for 2 hours before straining out the solids. • Leave for longer or shorter for preferred strength, 2 hours works best for me

Pornstar Martini Fizz
If you want lots of foam out the top of the glass I’d recommend leaving in the freezer for 5 mins before pouring the fizz on-top. You should also probably add a splash of fizz to the bottom of the glass before pouring the mixture on top, but I was too excited to drink this and therefore forgot. Powdered fruit on top worked well, I reckon raspberry powder would be fantastic too. For the sparkling wine Id recommend traditional method ones for the biscuity notes (eg. Champagne, Cava, Crèmant) Remember to shake for slightly longer than you think you should for this one 45ml/1.5 oz Vanilla vodka 20ml/0.7 oz Passionfruit liqueur 12.5ml/0.4 oz Vanilla syrup 25ml/0.9 oz Lime juice 45ml/1.5 oz Pineapple juice Foamer of choice Sparkling wine Fruit powder garnish (I went dragonfruit)
