windows blind11 wont apply on taskbar

i have windows 11 64 bit

i have windows 11 64 bit  no matter which skin i aplly taskbar and search bar doesnt change, i had similar issue with 10 but only search bar was not changing i reisntalled win11 beacuse of that and now i cant get both chagned search bar and taskbar

Then what were you using for that start menu you mentioned that wasn't skinning?

It will not help but could interfere with taskbar skinning.

windows blinds alone should skin menu and search bar isnt that right ?  i had open shell installed on win10 where only search  bar was not having skin effect and i deleted it to see if it was preventing  but it didnt had any effect. ok well ill try open shell anyways in this case

i just switched search bar from center to left and task bar and bar changed skin but taskbarsaerch still same

As mentioned before, to have a skinned start menu you have to use Start11.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.

You mean something like this?

This is on a system which also have Start11v2 on it. I don't think it will work on system without Start11 and the skin also need to have Windows 11 Start panel skinned.

yes  if you didnt notice my taskbar has skin applied already but it doesnt work on search box, maybe because the theme wasnt designed forwin11 search box? if so can i bring old win10 search box so the skin can apply

Than it is due to the theme do not have the Windows 11 Start menu skinned. Do note most theme don't skin the Start menu for Win10 and 11. Especially those older themes.

That is not possible, the skin author should put the information under the Description in Wincustomize.com. For example this one: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/9752/.

Please post a screenshot of what you expect to see on your Windows 11.

Note, I am on Windows 10 with Start11 in it. If the skinner do not have Windows 10/11 skin done in the theme, it still won't skin the Windows 10 style Start menu.

This is Default Windows 10 search box. It the same with or without Windowblinds skin applied.

If you're looking for this look, it is not available in Start11 while in Windows 11.

I think by search window you mean Start menu?
