Deck and outdoor chilling.

Background info, prior owners used incompatible products on deck. We finally got a reasonable quote to strip, sand to natural wood and stain the deck. Won’t happen for another few weeks. But needs to be done to preserve the deck bc it’s in good shape structurally. Question one: Railings staying dark but what on the floor? Question two: have wonderful table and chairs but what about conversation area furniture?
