Set a new best last night at 10:11 pm in a heavily modified RS6 which is now my fastest four-door around the festival track in FH5. Originally it was my RS4 which was tuned so much that it got my special Clubsport name. The RS4 held the record for months and got a time of 3 minutes and 22.105 seconds.
The RS6 Clubsport-RSR set a new best of 3 minutes and 18.268 seconds.

I know the simulation test is pretty conservative due to the addition of the rolling resistance coefficient, but the RS6 Performance actually should be able to keep up with the (AMG) E63S T-Modell. With ceramic brakes it stops quicker than the E63S and even the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing. The simulator doesn't account for the progressive launch control, so I took the initiative (reducing results by 0.28s).

Rolling resistance 0.068 -> 0.014 (results are in mph):
0-30: 1.47 -> 1.39
0-60: 3.38 -> 3.19
0-100: 8.04 -> 7.34
0-150: 20.xx -> 17.25
Top speed: 190 -> 208
Average (0.041 rolling resistance):
1.44 to 30, 3.3 flat to 60, 7.69 to 100, 18.83 to 150, top speed 199 mph (exactly the same "theoretical top speed" I have explored with before!)
I knew the RS6 was gonna be an E63S fighter. My simulator is too conservative with Audis, but I made it better.
Braking distances should result in under 105 feet from 60-0, over 140 from 70-0, and under 290 from 100-0 with the "good" brake discs.
What about the E63S? It's about equal, actually. But the new RS6 certainly will do A HELLUVA LOT(!) better on the track.
AMG E63S T does: 0-30 in 1.54, 0-60 in 3.32, 0-100 in 7.63, 0-150 in 18.71... maxed out @195 mph (198 against the wind)... 107 from 60-0, 146 from 70-0, 296 from 100-0...
Irony is that E63 is lighter than RS6... but RS6 is still clearly the better track-day option. RS6 Performance feels more like GT63 (non-S) at times. GT63S and GT63SE will smack it for sure. ANY BMW M5 OR M8GC, even M3 Competition or Touring will kick its ass >90% of the time.
I've used modern supersedans and classic hypercars in my database so far. The RS6 and RS7 Performance both are on par with Ferrari F50. Most supersedans will be only slightly slower than a Ferrari F40 or Porsche Carrera GT.

In my opinion, this is the first real RS6 since the V10-powered sedan and wagon. The ones suceeding it (including the last RS6) were essentially repackaged S6s with different tunes. That's why RS6 could barely beat an M550i or E53 AMG. Now the RS6 is a true player in the super-wagon segment.
